CHLOROPHYLL

The Chlorophyll imagery is measuring the concentraion of chlorophyll in the water. Chlorophyll is green, so high concentrations (pink) indicate green water. Yellow, green, and light blue indicate blue-green water getting more blue as it goes - the dark blue indicate true cobalt blue water. White indicate no data due to cloud cover. This imagery is updated once a day, Monday through Friday, and takes a day to process, so you're always looking at yesterday's imagery. __Defined edges between colors indicate defined water color changes, often depicting the location of rips/weedlines - use your Nav Tool to pinpoint the position of these water color changes, print, and take with you on the boat.
